Christmas Pyramid House Half-Timbered

Christmas Pyramid House Half-Timbered

Christmas Pyramid House Half-Timbered brings a miniature Christmas celebration into your home. This wooden RATAGS decoration combines a traditional house setting with a moving pyramid and a collection of festive figures. Its carefully arranged scene rewards a closer look, making it a charming focal point for an Advent display.

A Christmas scene full of detail

The half-timbered house is decorated for Christmas Eve. A hanging star adds a festive accent, while a miniature candle arch, known in German as a Schwibbogen, decorates the window. Wooden children watch a small locomotive, and trees made from delicate wood shavings complete the setting.

Look closely at the pyramid scene to discover Mary and Joseph, an angel, a miner and little deer. Together, these figures bring religious Christmas imagery and familiar German decorative traditions into one display. The house provides a backdrop that ties the individual elements together.

Traditional tealight-powered movement

The pyramid uses the warmth of lit tealights placed in the designated solid wood holders to drive its movement. The fan wheel is included; tealights are supplied separately. Follow the instructions supplied with the item when selecting candles, fitting the wheel and preparing the pyramid for use.

Handcrafted wooden Christmas decoration

RATAGS makes this model in Germany as part of its Erzgebirge woodcraft collection. The combination of architecture, miniature figures and moving parts gives it plenty to enjoy throughout the Christmas season.

As with other handmade decorations, small differences in the arrangement and individual details may occur. These variations are worth keeping in mind when comparing your piece with a product photograph.

Displaying and caring for your pyramid

Give the house its own clear space so the scene can be viewed comfortably and the moving parts have room to turn. Check the footprint and overhead clearance of your intended display area before placing it there.

Use a stable, heat-resistant surface, keep flammable decorations away and never leave burning candles unattended. Allow the tealight holders to cool before handling. For storage, protect the delicate figures and fan wheel from pressure, and keep all removable parts together. Gentle dusting with a soft, dry brush helps preserve the small details between Christmas seasons.
