Melchior Three Wise Men Incense Smoker

Melchior Three Wise Men Incense Smoker

Melchior Three Wise Men Incense Smoker brings a royal figure from the Christmas story into your seasonal display. Made by MÜLLER in Seiffen, Germany, this wooden incense smoker combines the workshop's distinctive round-bellied styling with a traditional Wise Man motif. At approximately 14 cm tall, it offers an appealing focal point for a small Christmas arrangement.

Detailed wooden craftsmanship

The figure is assembled from 36 individual pieces and finished in subtly shimmering colours. Painted surfaces sit alongside natural wood, giving the design a warm appearance. A crown, robes and decorative details express the figure's royal character, while the rounded body gives it the familiar MÜLLER silhouette.

Melchior carries his gifts as part of the Three Wise Men theme. Display him on his own, or combine him with the other figures in the collection to create a coordinated Christmas scene. Check each product listing when choosing companion figures; this listing is for Melchior.

A working German incense smoker

This decoration also functions as a traditional Räuchermännchen. A suitable incense cone smoulders inside the figure, allowing fragrant smoke to escape through its mouth. The combination of a decorative wooden figure and incense adds another way to enjoy the piece during the Christmas season.

Follow the instructions supplied with the smoker and the incense when opening the figure, choosing a cone and preparing it for use. Place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface with space around it. Keep it away from flammable decorations, children and pets, and never leave burning incense unattended. Let it cool fully before handling or removing the ash.

From the MÜLLER workshop

The family-run MÜLLER workshop traces its history to 1899 in Seiffen. Its range includes wooden Christmas pyramids, music boxes, miniatures, candle arches and incense smokers. This figure reflects that long connection with Erzgebirge woodcraft through its assembled wooden form and carefully finished details.
